I’ve started crocheting a granny stripe blanket. I’ve already made one (for the boyfriend in February 2011 for his birthday) and I love the pattern so much I wanted to make one for myself.
I’m using acrylic yarn because I don’t have the money at the moment to make a blanket out of nice yarn (like I really want to), plus it will have the benefit of being able to go into the wash.
This is going to take a very very long time to crochet since right now it’s the width of my bed.
